4 Step Tea Latte
I enjoying drinking tea, lots of tea every day. I have been adding milk or more recently soy to my tea for longer than I can remember. I also enjoyed Espresso Lattes from time to time and then realized why not combine my two favorites for well you guessed it… A TEA LATTE.
Tea lattes can be made from any kind of tea; black, green, rioboos… and with any kind of milk; cows’, soy, rise, almond… Just experiment a little and you will soon have a new favorite tea beverage.
My instructions for making a tea latte are super easy and do not require any special milk steamer or other expensive equipment. Although making a tea latte with a espresso machine with a good steamer would be great. I think the slight difference in overall taste is negligible considering the cost and convenience difference when making this at home vs. buying out at a coffee/tea place.
Ingredients
1 Tall Glass
2 Tea Bags or enough tea for 2 servings if using loose leaf *I like a good english breakfast tea
Enough Milk to fill 2/3 of your cup
Optionally, any sweetener or flavor syrup if desired
Directions
Hot water – bring your water to a boil, you will need just about a 1/3 of the size of the cup you are using full of hot water.

Tea squared – take your two tea bags/2 tea servings and add them to your hot water. Steep for 3 minutes to allow both tea bags to concentrate. Note you are just taking the normal amount of tea and multiplying by 2 to concentrate the strength.

Milk It – Warm your milk to a temperature that you are comfortable drinking it at. I use a microwave to reheat my drink after I have filled the mug. This saves me having to wash an extra glass. Fill the remaining 2/3 of your glass with your warm milk. Optionally if you have access to a milk steamer you could steam and froth your milk before adding it to the tea.

Enjoy- Ok I guess you really only need 3 steps, but I like the way 4 steps sounds.

Yes, I do like to drink my tea naked. Its’ my house, I do as I want.
Ohhh OS 3 for iPhone out tomorrow
My inner geek is showing! A big bad ass bag of updates is coming for the iPhone with this latest OS for the phone. Many of which I have found myself scratching my head wondering why they didn’t offer these to begin with? Well my questions now have answers, below are a couple of highlights that I have been waiting for.
Highlights from iPhone OS 3
- Tethering – been wanting this for ever since that stupid app on iTunes was released then unreleased.
- copy/paste – I’m on my iPhone constantly, writing emails, writing docs, calendar stuff, etc… needed this along time ago.
- video – currently only available for iPhone 3G S, a feature that is much overdue
- landscape keyboard – doesn’t seem that important but it so much more comfortable, feels more natural to hold and type this way
- link opens in new tab – not that big of a deal, but I like to have control of even the smallest most useless feature. Besides I usually have a zillion tabs open in Firefox so this is just natural for me.
- you tube – not really a productivity improvement but I always wanted these improvements; accessing favorites, commenting, rate, etc…
- search – search your email, notes
- stereo bluetooth – another one of those ‘how did this get left out’
- turn by turn directions – I own a Tom Tom GPS, but can’t recall the last time I used. Oh yea, not since I had a map in my pocket in the form of google maps. This makes great sense and is a welcome improvement. Although not an update to the OS I think, more like an App update/feature.

The most exciting bathroom ever!
I wouldn’t mind having something like this at the studio. I might want to upgrade my toilet seat at home too.
A Japanese coffee company, Georgia Max Coffee, modified the bathrooms of ski areas around Japan to promote their coffee energy drinks. This is probably the most exciting bathroom I’ve ever seen!

I shoot nude
NO! Not nude model photography. Nude photographer photography.
These are two videos/scenes that I think of when I am working as a photographer. Note sure why these two scenes always come to mind, but they make me laugh every time.
