An Early Christmas?

Just picked up a Canon EOS Rebel XT.

Some of the features I like so far; fast startup, fast recovery after taking a picture, its an SLR and is slick as… well you know.

My main camera has been the Nikon Coolpix 995.

A good camera for its time BUT this new beast is something all together different. This is my first SLR or in this case Digital SLR and what a different world. Lots of features to learn, might have to take a photo class at the local city College.

In the few hours since opening the brand new shiny box the camera came in I’ve snapped over 300 pictures.
