I’m okay… right?

I have noticed that I talk to myself frequently recently. Just random things, like I’ll speak out loud measurements of designs, random thoughts, marketing ideas that are in my head, etc… Random thoughts will just spew out in a low audible voice. Every now and then someone nearby might hear me speaking out loud and will ask, “are you talking to me?”As long as I don’t answer myself, I’m okay right?
