HHO gas powered car and torch

Here is the story, guy builds some sort of revolutionary HHO (hydrogen) powered welding torch that can cut through steel WITH WATER. He takes it one step further and states he has converted his car to run on the HHO water and gets 100 miles on 4 ounces of water.

A quick Google of HHO powered results drew up some interesting sites about this. The idea is good but the news report in the video above lacks a great deal of scientific fact and doesn’t even evaluate the electrical needs for the converstion to take place.

I know jack about this scientific subject but I’m going to call bullshit on it untili someone hands me the keys to an HHO powered car that gets 100miles to the cap of water, and does it without breaking the bank.
