Get Inspired

One of the guys at work who is just over 50 years old has started training (actually a few weeks ago) in preperation for the L.A. Marathon 2007. He is out of shape, sits at his desk for 7-10 hours a day and barely did anything remotely close to a workout during the last Century. If he can do it then damn the machine, I can too.

Ran across this link today, looks like a good program to follow so this is where I will start/base my training.
