iphone part two
(8AM) Inline for another iPhone . Much quicker this time around.
(1PM) Update:
After spending 5 hours in the Apple store today I have no phone. In fact I have to go back and do it again tomorrow most likely as I still have to get this phone as a gift for my wife.
As you might already be thinking, I am pissed. The whole experience has left me dissatisfied with the customer service at the Apple Store.
More tomorrow.
(4PM) Update:
Decided to go back one more time today and see if we can finish this whole ordeal. After about an hour in line we get the phone. James, a Creative at the Apple Store helped setup and finish the sale. He and his manager were very helpful and we once again feel satisfied with the experience. The two offered us some accessories for damn near cost which for me goes a long way in repairing the bad experience I had earlier. 30 mins later, we have a new iPhone for Shirley. +2 for good customer service in the end.
